These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Maverick Distributors website and your purchase of products or services from Maverick Distributors ("Maverick Distributors," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or purchasing products from Maverick Distribution, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Maverick Distributors operates as a business-to-business supplier and distributor.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, products displayed or offered through this website are intended for qualified business customers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, processors, and other commercial purchasers.

Customers are responsible for determining whether they are legally permitted to purchase, possess, transport, process, distribute, or otherwise use any product ordered from Maverick Distribution.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, importation, transportation, processing, resale, and intended use of products comply with all applicable federal, state, local, tribal, and foreign laws and regulations.

Maverick Distributors does not represent that any product is legal in every jurisdiction.

Kratom and products containing Mitragyna speciosa are subject to regulatory restrictions that may vary by jurisdiction. FDA currently states that kratom is not lawfully marketed in the United States as a drug, dietary supplement, or conventional food. 

Accordingly, customers must conduct their own legal and regulatory review before ordering or distributing products.

Products sold by Maverick Distributors are not represented as diagnosing, treating, curing, mitigating, or preventing any disease or medical condition.

Maverick Distributors does not make any representation that its products have medical, therapeutic, or pharmacological benefits.

Customers may not use Maverick Distributors name, product descriptions, photographs, documentation, or other materials to make claims that are false, misleading, unauthorized, or inconsistent with applicable law.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Maverick Distributors.

A quotation, price indication, product listing, or availability statement does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Maverick Distributors reserves the right to:

• accept or reject any order; 
• request additional customer information; 
• request business or regulatory documentation; 
• limit quantities; 
• refuse shipments to particular jurisdictions; 
• cancel orders where regulatory or compliance concerns exist; and 
• suspend or terminate a customer account. 

Prices are subject to change unless expressly confirmed in writing.

A quoted price becomes binding only when confirmed by Maverick Distributors in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, insurance, customs duties, brokerage, storage, and other governmental or third-party charges.

Payment terms will be established on an order-by-order or account basis.

Maverick Distributors may require payment in advance, a deposit, credit approval, or other payment arrangements.

The customer remains responsible for all amounts due under an accepted order.

Shipping terms are governed by the applicable order confirmation and Maverick Distributors Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Maverick Distributors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, ports, customs authorities, government agencies, weather, labor disruptions, regulatory actions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

Any shortage, visible damage, incorrect shipment, or other discrepancy should be reported promptly and documented with photographs and shipping records.

Claims may be subject to carrier and insurance requirements.

Because certain botanical products may be subject to regulatory, handling, contamination, and chain-of-custody considerations, returns are not automatically accepted.

No product may be returned without prior written authorization from Maverick Distributors.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Maverick Distributors reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the sale or shipment of any product if applicable law, regulatory guidance, import restrictions, transportation requirements, or governmental action changes.

FDA has stated that it continues to monitor kratom and has taken enforcement actions concerning products marketed with unlawful drug, food, or dietary-supplement claims. 

We attempt to maintain accurate product and company information. However, descriptions, specifications, photographs, availability, and other website information may contain errors or become outdated.

Maverick Distributors reserves the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

All website content, including trademarks, logos, photographs, graphics, text, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Maverick Distributors unless otherwise indicated.

No portion of this website may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maverick Distributors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the purchase, use, transportation, resale, or distribution of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Maverick Distributors and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from:

• customer's unlawful use or distribution of products; 
• customer's violation of applicable law; 
• customer's representations to downstream customers; 
• customer's unauthorized product claims; 
• customer's resale or redistribution of products; or 
• customer's breach of these Terms. 

Maverick Distributors shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including governmental actions, regulatory restrictions, customs delays, port closures, transportation interruptions, natural disasters, labor disputes, war, embargoes, or other extraordinary events.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
